It is our priority to conduct thorough consultations for all services provided through the salon. We do require a free 15 minute color/chemical consultation for new clients before booking. This allows for us to see your current hair condition, hair history, look over pictures and inspiration for what you desired look is, potential price range for service and possible processing time.
We value the client experience and have set in place guide lines to ensure a professional and happy environment.Your appointments are very important to our NEST SALON team members. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Our services are reserved for you personally, a less than 48 hour cancellation fee will apply.
– Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
– “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
If your are running 15 minutes or less late to your apt please call ahead. If your arrived beyond 20mins late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely.

We love children and as much as we do, we ask that you please arrange child care for the date of your appointment if it’s a lengthy service. There are many liabilities as well as a relaxing environment in the salon and it is much safer as well as an intimate relaxing customer experience.
