CONSULTATIONS 

It is our priority to conduct thorough consultations for all services provided through the salon. We do require a free 15 minute color/chemical consultation for new clients before booking. This allows for us to see your current hair condition, hair history, look over pictures and inspiration for what your desired look is, potential price range for service and possible processing time.

If you would like to book/secure a color appointment after your color consultation a credit card is required to reserve your appointment. If you do not have a credit card a non-refundable cash deposit is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We value the client experience and have set in place guide lines to ensure a professional and happy environment. Your appointments are very important to our NEST SALON team members. They are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Our services are reserved for you personally, so a fee will be applied to your credit card if less than 48 hour notice is given.

– Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount on your credit card.

– “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount on your credit card. 

TARDINESS

If your are running 15 minutes or less late to your appointment please call ahead. If you arrived more than 20 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely.

KIDS

We love children. As much as we do, we ask that you please arrange child care for the date of your appointment if it’s a lengthy service. There are many liabilities and we strive for a relaxing environment in the salon. Arranging childcare is much safer and it allows an intimate, relaxing customer experience for you. Thank you for arranging child care and for your understanding and cooperation.
